Q. Where do I meet my driver at John Wayne Airport?

Our driver will meet you at the baggage claim with your name in hand, or at the custom’s exit for international flights.


Q. Do you offer early a.m. and late p.m. service?

Yes, Irvine Diamond Limo offers car service 24 hour a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year.


Q. When should I make my reservation?

We can take reservations at any time – even same day, although we recommend at least 24 hours in advance for the very best Diamond service. For big events or events involving multiple vehicles such as Irvine weddings, school dances or holiday reservations, we recommend up to 30 days in advance to ensure all requests can be flawlessly carried out.


Q. Can I get a transfer, “drop-off and pickup” during a special event?

Irvine Diamond Limousine does provide transfer service during special events. Vehicles can be reserved for pick-up or based on a minimum hourly rental.


Q. What type of deposit is required to reserve a vehicle and when do I pay it?

Diamond Limo requires full payment at the time of reservation. This applies to all reservations including transfers, hourly rentals and bus charters, etc.


Q. Can I pay cash for my vehicle the night of the event?

Diamond Limos will accept your cash payment for car service the night of the event so long as another form of payment has been made prior, at the initial time of reservation. Diamond will charge a credit card for services before the limousine leaves our garage. Once the customer pays the Diamond Limos chauffeur in cash for the service, Diamond Limos will credit back the customer’s card the following business day.


Q. How can I get a receipt for my charges?

A receipt will be presented at the conclusion of your service or can be emailed or mailed to your address on file upon request.


Q. Do you offer corporate and personal open accounts?

Yes, speak to our customer service representatives about how to open your open billing account and the terms of our billing accounts.


Q. Can I visit Irvine Diamond’s office in person to see vehicles and make a reservation?

Your vehicle will arrive in spotless, excellent condition, but if you’d like to see a vehicle before reservation, just make an appointment with our office. Just specify the vehicle you’d like to see at the time of reservation.


Q. I only need the limousine to pick us up and drop us off. Do you offer this type of service?

Yes, this type of “transfer service” is available at any time of the day or night. Some clients love to use our transfer service for comfortable, elegant trips to Las Vegas or the Long Beach seaport.


Q. How are your drivers trained?

All of our drivers undergo extensive background checks and drug testing for your safety and comfort. In addition, our drivers receive DMV training and company chauffeur training.


Q. What comes with the limousine in the way of drinks, food, etc.?

We accept all custom bar orders for any kind of event. All vehicles come with complimentary bottled water and glassware with ice. Ask our service professionals about our red carpet package for chilled Wedding-day champagne.


Q. Do I pay for my limousine or hourly vehicle when I’m not using it?

Yes, our driver will be on-call and at your service during the entirety of your reservation. Keep in mind our hourly service has a 4-8 hour minimum.


Q. Can we bring coolers on the Diamond Limo charter bus?

Yes, Diamond Limos allows customers to bring their own coolers onboard.


Q. What is a party or cleaning deposit and is this deposit refundable?

A deposit is required for all reservations and is an additional 20% of the total service amount. Diamond Limos will use your deposit in the event of damage to the vehicle such as spills, disallowed smoking, etc. We won’t use your deposit for everyday wear and tear on the vehicle such as using glasses.


Q. Do you have any smoking limousines or vehicles?

All of our vehicles are non-smoking and smoking is not allowed in any of Diamond Limo’s vehicles.
